Reason for dispute?

See below for documentation helpful to resolving your dispute (please provide if applicable):

ALREADY PAID – Proof of payment showing that the payment was received by the toll authority by the due date.  If paid by check, a copy of the front and back of the processed check; if by credit card, the relevant pages of the credit card statement showing the payment to the toll authority.


TOLL TAG ACCOUNT – A copy of the toll tag detail statement for the dates of the tolls showing that the tag account was properly funded at that time AND proof that the vehicle license plate was listed on the account on the date of the tolls.


STOLEN VEHICLE – A copy of a Police Report.


SOLD VEHICLE – A signed copy of the bill of sale or odometer statement showing that the vehicle was transferred prior to the tolls being incurred.


DEBTOR DECEASED – A legible copy of the Death Certificate.


DID NOT RECEIVE TOLL AGENCY NOTICES – Documentation showing that at the time the tolls were incurred, the vehicle license plate was properly registered at a different address than that provided to the toll authority by the DMV.
